They found a relationship after years of searching, they improved an existing relationship and brought love and passion back into their lives, they managed to bring a child into the world

How I got pregnant
I conceived after practicing higher awareness

They broadened the clientele they work with in their clinic, and became multidisciplinary therapists

I upgraded myself in the role of a lifetime
People call me even in the middle of the night
8 clients by the time I finished my studies

They improved communication with the people dear to them, and became more patient parents

The greatest gift for my children

NLP and Guided Imagery – a winning combination

Alongside the NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner levels, you will study for and receive guided imagery facilitator certificates. Guided imagery complements the tools of NLP wonderfully: after every process and protocol you run, you can use guided imagery to embed the change deeply and quickly. Beyond the power of this combination, this certificate will help you enter the job market and will entitle your clients to reimbursement from insurance companies – another significant advantage for your clinic.

The NLP Trainer track: training NLP facilitators

Masters are invited to continue to the most advanced level in the field: NLP Trainer. Here too the track is the most comprehensive and professional in Israel – simply a completely different standard of study. At the Trainer level you will acquire skills and tools that help you expand your sphere of influence, stand confidently in front of an audience, and run workshops, courses and lectures in NLP. What is the academic standing of the NLP studies at Retter College, and what do the partnerships with universities mean?

For years Retter College has served as the leading professional body chosen by the academic sector in Israel to lead and run study programs in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. The college officially manages and operates the NLP continuing-education and certification system at leading academic institutions, foremost among them Ariel University.

This unique combination gives students the best of both worlds: on one side, strong academic backing, careful oversight and alignment with the strict requirements of higher-education institutions, and on the other – learning directly from the oldest and most experienced school in Israel, which brings more than 30 years of clinical analysis and hands-on practice in the field.

What is the certification structure at the college, and how does double certification work on the way to becoming a certified practitioner?

The full training track at Retter is built as a comprehensive, holistic program made up of two main stages:

Stage 1 - NLP Practitioner: An in-depth foundation track of 296 academic hours that provides the basic tools for the language of the subconscious, creating change processes, releasing blocks and changing habits.

Stage 2 - NLP Master Practitioner: An advanced stage of 240 academic hours, focusing on modeling for excellence, changing deep belief systems, and advanced work with emotions and trauma.

The exclusive added value (double certification): Along the way, students receive not only an NLP certificate but are also certified in parallel as guided imagery facilitators, and integrate the Time Line Therapy® techniques and the "NLP New Code" seminar. This double certification provides a significantly richer therapeutic toolbox and entitles graduates to financial reimbursements from insurance companies and health funds for their clients.

Are NLP studies also suitable for the general public with no prior background in therapy, and how do they fit into everyday life?

Absolutely. The curriculum was built on a gradual pedagogical approach, so it requires no prior knowledge, academic degree or previous therapeutic background. About half of the students come from a wide range of fields (high-tech, management, the liberal professions, or young people after army service) with the aim of going through a deep path of personal development, improving interpersonal communication and gaining life-changing mental resilience.

At the same time, the program is a tremendous professional lever for professionals in therapy and education (psychologists, social workers, counselors, teachers and youth leaders) who find in this method practical, short-term tools that let them bypass intellectual resistance in students and clients and produce fast, stable results in the 21st century.

What is the foundation of Retter College's methodology as the pioneer of the field in Israel since 1994?

Retter College is the birthplace of the NLP world in Israel. The college was founded in 1994 by the couple Daphna and Amir Retter, who were the first to bring the good news to Israel at a time when the term was not known at all. Over more than three decades of activity, the college has trained the vast majority of the therapists, practitioners, teachers and heads of NLP schools active in Israel today.

All study programs are led personally by the founders, who hold the most senior rank in the world – NLP Master Trainer – from the most rigorous international organizations (ABNLP and NLP University). This accumulated experience translates into a vast knowledge library of more than 20 textbooks and exclusive lesson plans written especially for the college's students.

What do the practical support, internship and supervision look like during the training?

The difference between a theoretical course and training that builds confident practitioners lies in the level of hands-on practice. At Retter College, the studies are built on an active, experiential format that includes live demonstrations in class and rigorous practical exercises in pairs and in triads.

Already during the course, students go through a structured internship and run real facilitation and therapy processes under close guidance. Our unique pedagogical model ensures a protective framework and full professional accountability: every 5-6 students are assigned a senior mentor (assistant/instructor) who accompanies them personally, reviews their session reports (supervision) and gives precise feedback step by step, to ensure a safe, smooth and professional entry into the world of therapy.

Is NLP also suitable for rational or skeptical people?

Absolutely. Although the method is sometimes mistaken for part of the New Age world, NLP is a structured, scientific, inquiry-based and practical method at its core. It was developed at the University of California, Santa Cruz by Richard Bandler (a mathematician and psychology scholar) and Prof. John Grinder (a linguist), through precise observation and modeling of the language patterns, logic and cognitive structures of the world's great therapists.

The method works like "neurological software code," breaking human experience down into defined, measurable components, and that is why it fits the thinking of rational people, business people, high-tech professionals and scientists who look for an orderly methodology, clear steps and fast results that can be tested directly in the field.

Why is tuition at Retter College considered a solid investment, and what financing options or reimbursements exist?

NLP studies at Retter are not a "hobby class" or a short enrichment course, but a thorough professional and clinical training program that gives you a profession for life, so the tuition reflects the wealth of hours (over 530 cumulative hours in the combined track), the high-value supervision, and the international recognition. It is an investment that pays for itself quickly once you open your own clinic after you finish your studies.

Official arrangements, financing and reimbursements:

The college is recognized and approved as an official supplier of the Ministry of Defense (supplier number: 992013) for retirees from the IDF and the security forces, the absorption basket, the rehabilitation basket and discharged soldiers. In addition, the courses are fully recognized for reimbursement from study funds for teachers and educators on sabbatical (institution code: 2857), the Keren Yeda fund for civil servants, mothers entitled to government-subsidized (Tamat) daycare, and more.

How do you register for NLP studies at Retter College, and how does the track-fit check work?

The admission and registration process at the college consists of three simple steps, designed to make sure the track is a full fit for you and to spare you any disappointment:

1. Leaving your initial details: Fill in your details in the registration forms spread across the page (name, phone and email) or contact us directly on WhatsApp.

2. Attending an intro lesson (free of charge): We invite you to attend a live, experiential intro lesson on Zoom or at one of our 12 branches across the country (Tel Aviv, Haifa, Jerusalem, Beer Sheva and more). The lesson is offered at no cost or obligation, and lets you sample the tools, get to know the Retter teaching method and see the magic happen in real time.

3. A fit conversation and track planning: A senior study advisor from Daphna and Amir Retter's team will hold a short assessment call with you to check your needs, set expectations, choose the course schedule that suits you (morning/evening) and plan your payment schedule or the funding you are entitled to.
