Who the session is for

  • For therapists: In the session you will meet the method that will shorten and streamline your processes in the clinic, and let your clients make very fast emotional, cognitive and behavioral changes that last.

  • Personal coaches: This is your chance to be introduced to a method that will upgrade your coaching processes, with a wealth of tools for working with the subconscious that will help your coachees release blocks and resistance, and cooperate.

  • Educators: Right in the session you will learn tools to empower your students, to speak to them in a language that gets them to cooperate, spread their wings and fulfill themselves.

  • For anyone for whom listening and empathy are an inseparable part of who they are: Our training builds on your human abilities and your natural affinity for people, and turns them into a precise professional skill.

In the session you will discover how our professional tools let you lead others to change, and you will meet graduates – just like you – who chose to turn the ability to listen into a profession that combines depth, meaning and real help for others.

The training is open to a wide audience and is intended for anyone who brings openness to communication and a desire to make a difference, even without prior background in therapy or coaching.

What will happen in the session

  • What's the story with NLP? You're going to discover what everyone gets so excited about when they talk about NLP, and what makes it special compared with other methods.

  • Interpersonal communication exercises: Different people communicate in different styles; in the session you will learn how, with simple tools, you can communicate better with the people around you.

  • A technique for changing disempowering thoughts: You will learn and experience a surprising technique that will let you free yourself from a limiting belief and replace it with an empowering one that opens doors.

  • NLP studies at Retter College: You will get to know the most distinctive and practical NLP study tracks in Israel and in the world.

We are Daphna, Amir and Noga Retter, and we are delighted that NLP interests you, because we already know the power the method has to change people's lives and to influence the whole environment for the better. It has completely changed our personal and professional lives, and we have no doubt it will change yours too – if you choose, of course.

We founded Retter College
in 1994

We were the pioneers in Israel. The field of NLP was not yet well known in the world, certainly not in Israel, but we had a vision and a mission, and the wonderful tools of NLP to help us realize them. Since then, for 30 years now, we have been leading the field in Israel, and we have had the privilege of teaching the best-known and most successful professionals in the country in NLP and guided imagery, and of helping thousands of graduates change their lives, professionally and personally.

With every study cohort that begins,
we get excited

Because we know what awaits our students. We witness the changes throughout the studies, starting right at the opening of the course: communicating in a healthier and more harmonious way with family, friends, students and clients; living healthier lives; fulfilling dreams that were set aside; enjoying better relationships and connections; freeing themselves from anxieties or loops from the past that keep them stuck – and the list goes on. And because our students begin to treat and practice already after the first month of studies, and gain clinical experience as they go, the tools of NLP help them upgrade their careers.

With every study cohort that ends,
we get excited all over again

Because although we have finished our part, it is now the graduates' turn to widen the circle of influence and help others – whether it is clients in the clinic, the graduates' family members who enjoy their new way of thinking and approach, or the neighbor across the hall who is suddenly easy to talk and communicate with – with the tools of NLP, the whole environment benefits. And truly, it is the most satisfying thing to watch our graduates fulfill themselves, and to read the reports about the moving changes they manage to create in their own lives and in the lives of their clients. We are proud, and we feel our vision coming true before our eyes.
