Study track and certification: the course begins at the Practitioner level and continues to NLP Master Practitioner certification, with a unique combination of guided imagery studies. The learning process lets students acquire tools to improve interpersonal communication, create real results in every area of life and achieve personal goals.
Some students go on to study for NLP Trainer certification, and almost all specialize in relevant fields through our continuing studies, making ongoing professional development a central part of their careers.
The courses at the Tel Aviv branch are led by Noga Retter, a senior instructor with the rank of NLP Master Trainer (one of very few in Israel at this level), and Roni Grey, a senior instructor with the rank of NLP Certified Trainer, who bring extensive professional experience.
As part of the learning experience at Retter College, the instructor accompanies students through a personal and professional process.
Flexibility and convenience: classes take place at the Tel Aviv branch (Tichonet), at additional branches across the country, or in an online (LIVE) format that lets you make up lessons and offers maximum flexibility.

The college's flagship program lets you study toward NLP Master Practitioner certification – a more advanced level than Practitioner, required in order to practice therapy and facilitation at a professional and responsible level.
The certification is international, under the auspices of ABNLP, the world's leading NLP organization, which means you can make a professional impact in Israel and abroad.
For years, the college has worked in partnership with academic institutions,
and today it operates the NLP extension studies program at Ariel University.
The academy's choice of Retter College reflects its high professional standard, its many years of experience, and the curriculum's alignment with academic requirements.
But that is not all: at Retter College you also earn many additional certifications that give our graduates significant advantages over graduates of other courses:
- Guided imagery facilitator certification – a tool that bypasses the conscious mind, making it possible to take participants through deep processes and achieve results that last over time. This certification is recognized by the health funds and insurance companies.
- NLP New Code and TLT certifications – advanced techniques that make it possible to achieve significant change in a short time.
- NLP Trainer certification: TLT, for anyone who wants to advance to the highest level of training the college offers.
Beyond that, the training options also include specializations that expand your employment opportunities.
Another advantage is the professional experience built into the curriculum itself: at Retter College, the source of NLP studies and the longest-established institution in the field in Israel, the teaching approach combines theory with ongoing, thorough practice. During the course you will go through a practical learning experience that includes working on a personal goal and an internship with the guidance of a mentor.
Already during their studies, our students build the knowledge and confidence they need to help people and to open a successful clinic.

Who should study NLP?
NLP studies suit a wide range of people: those interested in personal growth, therapists and coaches, educators, managers, business owners, and anyone who works with people or wants to improve communication, decision-making and habit change. Suitability is determined less by prior profession and more by motivation to learn and openness to change processes.
Do I need a therapy background to enroll in an NLP course?
No therapy background is required to study NLP. The foundational programs are also designed for people who arrive with no prior experience. That said, a background in therapy, coaching or education can deepen your understanding and make it easier to apply the tools professionally.
How long does it take to see personal change during NLP studies?
Many people report changes already during the training period, sometimes within just a few sessions, thanks to the hands-on practice and the personal work that accompanies the studies. At the same time, the depth and stability of the change depend on persistence, practice and applying the tools over time.
Why is it important to combine guided imagery with NLP studies?
Combining guided imagery with NLP techniques deepens the work with the subconscious and widens the range in which the tools learned in the course can be applied. Guided imagery gives direct access to the world of emotion and to memories, so combining the two methods contributes to more comprehensive and deeper change processes.
Can I start working with NLP tools after completing the course?
Yes. Graduates of the comprehensive program leading to the NLP Master Practitioner level are certified to guide and treat others using the NLP method. Because our training includes extensive hands-on practice and preparation for professional application, graduates leave with a deep understanding and the confidence to apply NLP techniques and tools.
Are there discounts, benefits or eligibility for tuition reimbursement?
Absolutely. Studies at Retter College are recognized by the continuing-education fund for teachers on sabbatical (6–8 weekly hours per course!), the Knowledge Fund for state employees, mothers whose children attend Tamat (Ministry of Labor) daycare centers, professional training for those retiring from the IDF, and the absorption and rehabilitation baskets. In addition, we offer a “bring a friend” benefit to every student who refers a new student.
