There is no therapist, parent or professional working with people today
who does not come across anxiety and have to deal with it.

Parents and grandparents who worry about their children and grandchildren and about loved ones serving in the army and the reserves. We ourselves, and perhaps our partners too, are anxious about the situation and the future.

Teachers, school counselors, HMO nurses, social workers, coaches and other professionals for whom treating anxiety is not necessarily their profession, yet who meet anxious people coming for help.

And of course, NLP facilitators who meet anxiety in their clinic work and want to broaden their knowledge and practice tools adapted to different situations.

We will learn to recognize the different expressions of anxiety and to choose NLP processes for working with them. The sessions combine explanations, demonstrations and practice, to connect the material to your facilitation work.

We will also address meeting anxiety in family members, students and people in your close surroundings, and tools for support in moments of stress.
And to our delight, it works!
Just as Shelly and Gaya tell us

using NLP tools
Adapting the tools to anxiety: We will learn how to adapt NLP processes to different anxieties, alongside demonstrations of how to facilitate and practice during the sessions.
Connections to everyday life: We will examine how to use the tools outside the clinic as well, for example before an exam or a job interview, and in moments of stress among those close to you.

Theoretical knowledge: Clear explanations, at eye level.

Practical NLP tools and processes for diagnosing and treating anxiety (not taught in any other training at Retter).

Demonstration: In every lesson you will watch a live demonstration of the processes and tools you will learn, including adaptation to different cases, so that it is easy for you to apply them yourself.

Hands-on practice: Already during the sessions you practice the tools and learn to work with them.

Extra time for questions and answers: After the lesson ends there is time for questions until the very last one is answered (staying is optional).

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD): Getting to know intrusive thoughts and compulsive patterns, such as cleaning and repeated checking, and the NLP processes taught in this context.
Social anxiety: Getting to know the fear of rejection, embarrassment and ridicule, and the avoidance of social situations and of standing in front of an audience.
Health anxiety: We will address health-related worries and patterns of repeated checking, or of avoiding tests and visits to doctors.
Panic disorder (anxiety attacks): We will learn about the experience of an anxiety attack, tools for real-time support, and key points for working with people who experience attacks.
Generalized anxiety: We will address persistent worry about family, the security and economic situation and the future, and its emotional and physical expressions.

Hello, dear friends,
The first cohort of the workshop on treating anxiety with NLP got under way right after the events of October 7.
Amir and I realized that while treating anxiety used to be a kind of specialization, chosen according to preference and inclination, it is now essential knowledge, practically a duty, because anxiety is everywhere – a real national epidemic.
Another thing we realized is that anxiety is not found only in the clinic. It is everywhere around us: in our children, our grandchildren, our neighbors, our colleagues at work, the students in class, our clients, children and adults alike, during a siren or in between.
In light of these two insights, we developed and built the workshop:
On the one hand, you will learn tools and processes that will enrich and upgrade your professional abilities in the clinic, and provide an answer to the anxieties your clients come with.
And on the other hand, you will acquire tools for giving emotional help in everyday life, no matter where or to whom. Instead of being passive, you can take part in the change, give help to whoever needs it in real time, and make a positive difference.
I have been treating anxieties of all kinds, in children and adults, in my clinic since 1994, and I know what immense satisfaction it is to help others break out of the prison of anxiety – yes, that is how they define and experience it – a prison.
But as you already know – NLP is a way of life.
So whenever it is needed, I pull out a suitable tool and use it: when my daughter got stressed before her driving test, when the neighbor's son was terrified by the sound of a siren, at the hairdresser, on a boat trip in the Philippines with other Israelis, with a friend before a job interview, and wherever else… – I have plenty of stories about how helpful and needed this is, especially now.
I would love to meet you at the workshop,
to pass on the wonderful NLP tools for treating anxiety,
to be part of the change and to make a positive difference for others, especially now.

Definitely. This workshop was also developed to enable all kinds of people to help others with their anxieties in everyday life. The graduates of the previous cohort, sadly, keep telling us how needed it is today.
I want to make clear that when I talk about other people, it could be your children, your grandchildren, students at school, the woman on the street who got frightened by a motorcycle that sped up, or the neighbor's daughter who is afraid of every loud noise… Sadly, there is no shortage of opportunities and people to help these days.
First, in the workshop you will learn, practice and receive so many tools for treating anxiety that they will help you with your own anxiety too. But that is not all…
The beautiful thing is that treating others and helping them with their anxieties will actually reduce your own and help you with it. It works like this: anxiety stems from a feeling of lack of control and helplessness, but when you help others with their anxiety, you are no longer helpless, you are in control of the situation, and that signals strength and confidence to your brain and puts you in a different place.
So do not stay at home with your anxiety – come and learn to treat your own anxiety and that of others.
Yes, gladly. The workshop requires familiarity with the world of NLP at the Practitioner level at least. So whether you studied NLP at Retter or studied elsewhere, you are welcome!
No problem. The very next day you will get access to the recording of the session, for a limited time (for privacy reasons). You also receive a recording of the edited workshop with all the content taught live. In addition, there are the members of the WhatsApp group and a lot of support around you – so that you do not fall behind.
Definitely – this is an in-depth workshop on anxiety, and it enriches graduates with a toolbox and additional processes that are not taught in any other workshop.
No. NLP studies, at the Practitioner level at least, are a necessary condition for joining the workshop.
No. The booklet is given exclusively to participants of the workshop on treating anxiety with NLP at our college.
